Do you provide training?

We provide detailed user guides and are available to answer any questions you may have.

Can I import my data from my current CRM or Aggregator platforms into Splendid?

Yes, we will import your data into Splendid for you.

How do you keep my data secure?

We encrypt all information stored on Splendid and use various technologies like two factor authentication (2FA) to ensure the security of access to your Splendid account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Why would you want to cancel? You'd have to be crazy. If you do go crazy, you can cancel anytime.

Can I download all my data if I cancel my account?

Yes, we will export all your data for you so you can store it and/or import it into another system.
